Step 1: Consultation - We will arrange to meet with you at your premises or at our offices to discuss your needs.

Step 2: Proposal - Having listened to and assessed your requirements, a personal proposal will be submitted for your approval.

Step 3: Order Placed - Your Account Manager will co-ordinate the operation and administration of your order, and then our Engineering Manager will inform you of your installation date.

Step 4: Installation - A team of informed, qualified Perspective engineers will install your chosen system as agreed.

Step 5: Commissioning - The Senior Engineer will carry out a training session with all the future users of the system.

Step 6: 5 Year Warranty - We then support you with our unrivalled service package which is comprehensive of all call-outs, parts and labour.
